Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of lactose-based formulas and expressed human milk, ensuring double-checking procedures and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and distribution of lactose-based formulas and expressed human milk 2. Hygiene and disinfection of the work area and equipment 3. Double-checking of labels and diet charts Description: * Perform double-checking of labels against diet charts. * Prepare lactose-based formulas, non-lactose formulas, and raw expressed human milk (REHM), measuring specified quantities for portions to be distributed, in accordance with scheduling, hygiene, and safety regulations. * Package and label infant formula preparations. * Distribute formulas according to scheduled times, prescriptions, and pre-established workplace hygiene and safety standards. * Assist in the hygiene and disinfection of the work area and other utensils/equipment whenever necessary. * Collect generated waste and store it in an appropriate location, among other duties. 2512250202491935246
