Focus on **developing the user experience of the Placar platform**: user discovery, prototyping, accessibility, handoff to developers, and UX validation. **Main Responsibilities** * Map **user journeys and use cases** (educators, coordinators, administrative staff). * Conduct **interviews** and **usability tests** (in-person or remote). * Translate requirements into **user flows**, **wireframes**, and **prototypes** in **Figma**. * Specify **states**, **microinteractions**, messages (error/empty states), and interface content (microcopy). * Apply **accessibility standards (WCAG)**, plain language, and inclusive design. * Maintain the **Design System** (components, variants, tokens, and Placar’s design patterns). * Prepare clear **handoff** documentation for development (autolayout, constraints, specs). * Perform **UX QA**: validate **acceptance criteria** in the test environment prior to go-live. * Monitor **adoption/engagement metrics** and document insights (notes, quick guidelines). * **Mandatory Requirements** * **Portfolio** (academic or professional) demonstrating UX process and outcomes. * Proficiency in **Figma/FigJam**, and foundational knowledge of information architecture. * Experience with **usability research** and clear documentation. * Strong written communication and organizational skills. * **Availability for 20 hours per week.** * **PwD Position**: Please indicate, if desired, your **accessibility needs**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic understanding of **HTML/CSS/React** to collaborate effectively with developers. * Experience with **internal systems** (management systems, intranets) and/or educational/sports platforms. * Product analytics (**GA4, Hotjar/Matomo**) and basic analysis (Spreadsheets/SQL). * Knowledge of **LGPD** as applied to user research. **Work Location and Model** On-site, hybrid, or remote **(to be agreed upon)**.
