Participation in team meetings and technical solutions **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and support robots for systems development targeting process automation (RPA); * Implement on-demand functionalities; * Identify automation opportunities and improvements in existing processes; * Assist in system governance; * Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for technical solutions; * Other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development or related fields; * Knowledge of systems development; * Understanding of lean code principles; * Experience with RPA-based process automation is a plus; * Must reside in Itapema or have easy access to it. **Compensation:** Between R$3.000,00 and R$4.500,00 (based on experience) + benefits package after probationary period (90 days).
