




Description: Academic Qualifications * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Development, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate Degree/Master’s Degree in Robotics is desirable Experience * Experience in teaching within the relevant field * Experience delivering instruction in Technical and Professional Qualification Courses * SENAI Methodology for Professional Education * Robotics Specific Knowledge: * Proficiency in written communication and verbal fluency; * Strong communication skills and emotional balance; * Logical reasoning, and basic knowledge of statistics and financial mathematics; * Familiarity with administrative and operational routines in the relevant field; * Knowledge of legislation and technical standards applicable to the field: planning and administration; * Proficiency in computer applications and information systems used in the field: Word, Excel, Outlook, and database usage. Other Requirements: * Driver’s License Category B: desirable * Availability to work on weekends: mandatory * Availability to travel: mandatory Develop teaching plans and lesson plans according to the course offered by the Institution; Deliver lectures and training at the Institution’s Operational Units, including in-company training, using explanatory, dialogic, and expository methods; Carry out complementary activities related to the development of teaching and learning processes; Design and implement practical and theoretical learning activities; Prepare and conduct practical workshops at social events; Develop assessments aligned with classroom content; Grade exams and record partial grades and final averages; Guide students during internships, supporting project development and necessary corrections; Support and assist students in clarifying general doubts; Develop instructional materials for courses delivered by the Institution; Prepare lists of inputs required for acquiring materials needed for practical classes; Prepare lists of equipment and tools required for practical classes; Train students for participation in Olympiads and other competitive events; Provide technical consultancy services in partnership with STI when requested or necessary; Participate in Sectoral Technical Committees for the development and revision of training pathways; Request and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment; Train service-providing instructors on course delivery and adopted methodology; Inspect and organize practical class laboratories, storerooms, and input storage areas; Develop items for SAEP within the relevant field; Record classroom-taught content in the Institution’s standardized, approved documentation; Perform other related duties assigned to the home unit. 2512180202551925186
