




We are seeking an organized, analytical professional focused on solutions to work as a **Technological Solutions Technician**. The mission will be to ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of the company’s technological resources, providing technical and operational support to internal departments. The role will focus on IT infrastructure, system and equipment maintenance, user support, and assistance in automation and integration projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and information security best practices. Additionally, the professional will contribute to an agile and secure corporate environment by keeping systems updated and operating efficiently. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install, configure, and maintain equipment (computers, printers, routers). * Provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Monitor and maintain local networks (LAN/WAN), ensuring connectivity and security. * Track and log service requests in the system, meeting deadlines and quality standards. * Update systems and apply preventive and corrective patches. * Support the implementation and integration of corporate systems (ERP, CRM). * Ensure compliance with information security policies and the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). * Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets (equipment, licenses). * Assist in automation and process improvement projects. * Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new tools. * Support the IT Coordinator in handling internal customer requests. * Perform maintenance on employees’ computers and peripherals. * Create, delete, and manage user accounts; assign licenses; and reset passwords via the administration portal. * Configure and manage basic settings for various services, such as SharePoint permissions or Teams policies. * Resolve common user issues related to access, synchronization, connectivity, and application functionality. * Understand security and data protection features offered, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Information Protection Policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Technical High School diploma or enrolled in a higher education program in IT. * **Preferred Education:** Technical degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. **Knowledge and Experience:** * Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and operating systems. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. * Basic user support (installation, configuration, resolution of simple issues). * Up to 1 year of experience in the field. * Understanding of **Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)** and the **Microsoft 365 ecosystem**. * Familiarity with functionalities of **Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power BI**, etc., and how they integrate. * Knowledge of data privacy and compliance practices. **Additional Information** * Fixed salary: R$2594.00 * Meal allowance / Food voucher (R$31/day); * Pharmacy voucher; * Totalpass (corporate subscription benefit covering +5,000 gyms); * Hybrid work model (one day per week onsite, plus mandatory attendance at meetings requiring in-person presence); * Unimed health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Continuing education programs; * Provision of a dedicated office laptop. * Discount on English courses; * Internal development programs.
