We seek committed, responsible individuals who are eager to learn and grow alongside the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform tasks across different stages of the production process, supporting manufacturing operations in accordance with established procedures; * Conduct visual inspection, classification, sorting, and organization of parts and materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards; * Assist in supplying production lines, material handling, and storage of materials and products; * Operate support equipment for the production process, as trained and authorized; * Operate overhead cranes and hoists for load handling, strictly adhering to safety and operational procedures; * Monitor equipment operation, identifying and reporting potential anomalies; * Maintain operational records and assist in achieving production targets; * Support cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the production area, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment; * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures, supporting continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on rotating shifts; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Commitment to safety and quality standards; * Proactive, organized profile with a strong willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in an industrial or production environment; * Experience in material handling and operation of industrial equipment; * Experience or certification in Overhead Crane and Hoist Operation; **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Disclosed during interview, Profit sharing, Private pension plan, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation allowance
