**Responsibilities and Duties**
**As a Waiter, your main challenges will be:**
* Greet guests and customers in the restaurant, present the menu, and recommend dishes and beverages;
* Set tables (mise en place), serve food and beverages following hotel etiquette protocols;
* Accurately record orders in the system and ensure dietary preferences or restrictions are communicated to the kitchen;
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, buffet, and utensils throughout your shift;
* Prepare bills, process payments, and ensure final customer satisfaction;
* Assist in organizing events and banquets held on hotel premises;
* Monitor inventory of dining room supplies (napkins, cutlery, condiments);
* Occasional support for Room Service (in-room service).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**We are looking for someone with:**
* Completed high school;
* Proven prior experience as a waiter in restaurants, hotels, or medium/large-scale events;
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* Proficiency in service techniques (French, English, or buffet service, depending on hotel demand).
**Work Location and Schedule:**
* Hotel Grogotó/MG (on-site work);
* Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 5:35 PM, with days off on Tuesdays and one Sunday per month.
