




Description: * Completed undergraduate degree in Medicine; * Active CRM/SP registration; * RQE (Specialist Registration) in Urology. * Perform duties in accordance with the principles of the Medical Code of Ethics and comply with workplace regulations; * Provide patient/user care according to service demand, conducting medical history taking, physical examination, and formulating diagnostic hypotheses; performing procedures; referring patients/users for complementary examinations when necessary; initiating specific treatment or referring them to another specialty; * Conduct anamnesis and physical examination; perform or request complementary examinations and inter-specialty consultations; * Interpret clinical examination and complementary examination results; * Diagnose patients’/users’ health status; * Inform users about significant changes in their clinical evolution and record such information in medical records; * Provide medical information to users, companions, family members, caregivers, or legal representatives, according to their level of understanding, when requested and/or necessary, in accordance with guidance from the attending physician; * Plan admissions and discharges jointly with the multidisciplinary team and supervise clinical care delivered within the unit; * Record patient care flow in reports and medical records; * Prescribe specific medications, as well as issue medical certificates and attendance confirmations; * Ensure completeness and quality of medical documentation in patients’ medical records. 2512190202551755854
