Senior Quality Engineer with skills in test automation. Candidates should have at least 4 years of prior experience as a Quality Analyst, Test Engineer, QA, or in another role related to this field. We are looking for a technically strong professional committed to quality from the very beginning of development and with a mindset focused on continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and duties** * Test automation using Python with Robot Framework * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Solid knowledge of software quality workflows **Requirements and qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Relevant experience as a Quality Analyst, Test Engineer or QA (minimum 4 years); * Proficiency in test automation with Robot Framework; * Experience with other automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, JUnit or TestNG is desirable; * Knowledge of performance testing with JMeter and/or Locust; * Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman (or similar); * Ability to read and interpret logs and analyze failures; * Basic or advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript or similar for creating automation scripts; * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.); * Experience with version control tools such as Git; * SQL knowledge for data manipulation and database validation; * Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, Quality Center or JIRA is desirable; * Understanding of software security and performance validation. **Soft Skills:** * Clear communication: Articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences; * Problem solving: Strategic approach to technical challenges; * Critical thinking: Proposing continuous improvements and optimizations; * Accountability: Ownership of deliverables and impact on the project; * Systems thinking: Assessing the impact of changes on product quality and business objectives; * Mentoring and collaboration: Sharing knowledge and elevating the team’s technical level; * Adaptability: Quickly adjusting to project changes and demands. **Additional information** **Here we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
