Join us!** Act as the technical owner responsible for SAP infrastructure architecture, support, and evolution, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability of environments, supporting critical operations and strategic digital transformation projects. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- ### **SAP Architecture and Infrastructure** * Define and maintain the technical architecture of SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, CPI, Solution Manager, etc.). * Perform capacity planning, sizing, and performance optimization of SAP environments. * Design high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity architectures. * Serve as the technical reference for SAP infrastructure-related decisions. ### **Cloud, Hybrid, and Modernization** * Design and support SAP architectures in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments. * Support SAP cloud migrations and S/4HANA technical conversion projects. * Define technical standards for hybrid and cloud-native landscapes where applicable. ### **Operations, Performance, and Stability** * Ensure availability, stability, and performance of SAP environments. * Conduct advanced troubleshooting (dump analysis, RFC, ST22, SM21, performance tuning). * Define and monitor SAP infrastructure KPIs (SLA, uptime, performance). * Provide technical guidance to N1/N2 operations teams (N3 level). ### **Security and Technical Compliance** * Define and implement SAP technical hardening and security controls. * Manage certificates, Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, and technical integrations. * Support technical audits and compliance requirements (SOX, environment segregation, change controls). ### **Technical Governance and Best Practices** * Define standards for transports, landscape, ChaRM, and change management. * Ensure adherence to SAP best practices (SAP Notes, EarlyWatch, Best Practices). * Participate in defining standards for backup, restore, and monitoring. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** ------------------------------------- * Proven experience as an **SAP BASIS Specialist / SAP Technical Architect**. * Proficiency in: + SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA + SAP HANA (administration, performance, and tuning) + SAP Solution Manager + Operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows Server) + Databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server — as per landscape) * Experience with: + High availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) + SAP in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) + Automation and scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Ansible — preferred) **Academic Requirements and Certifications** ----------------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Desired certifications: + SAP HANA + SAP S/4HANA Technical + Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) + ITIL **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** ---------------------------------------------- * Strong sense of ownership and accountability for critical environments. * Ability to operate under pressure and during high-severity incidents. * Excellent technical communication skills and ability to collaborate with business areas. * Analytical, organized, and stability-oriented profile. * Capacity for technical leadership and mentoring. **Differentiators (Nice to Have)** ------------------------------- * Experience in industrial, energy, logistics, or utilities environments. * Hands-on experience in S/4HANA and cloud migration projects. * Experience with SAP GRC, corporate SSO, and complex integrations. * Experience with Zero Trust architecture and advanced hardening.
