Every time you look up at the sky to dream, we’ll be there. \#TheSkyIsBlue Have you ever thought about continuing to soar in your career with the Best Airline in the World? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** **** The Crew Member will join the **Routes and ATC** team at our headquarters, **Azulvile**, located in **Barueri/SP.** * Maintain and administer the LIDO system. * Define automation rules (AOS) and establish flight optimization criteria. * Manage the route database. * Maintain and submit RPLs (Repetitive Flight Plans). * Act as the interface with Lufthansa Systems’ Helpdesk. * Develop projects and ensure that responsibilities support Azul’s operational systems and tools. * Analyze reports, correct system issues, and justify abnormal occurrences through the designated channel. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to bring in your baggage (Prerequisites):** * Operational Flight Dispatcher (DOV) certification – **mandatory**. * English proficiency for conversation – **mandatory**. * Knowledge of international regulations (EASA, FAA, ICAO). **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Certification in Lido Flight 4D Customer Data Maintenance Training. * Certification in Lido Flight 4D Interactive Flight Planning Training. * Prior experience in operational dispatch routines at airlines. * Analytical ability and knowledge of SQL (or similar) for data analysis. **Liked our challenge?
