Does this resonate with you?**Then** **join our team as a Junior Production Planning and Control Analyst****Your Missions and Responsibilities:*** Develop a detailed production schedule aligned with required volumes, factory capacity, and available materials; monitor actual production figures and adjust schedules as needed. * Responsible for production scheduling and control activities. * Develop material requirements planning (MRP)-driven material scheduling for production. * Conduct periodic meetings with business units to meet customer needs within agreed timelines and established quality standards. * Schedule factory capacity utilization, aligning factory capacity with orders and sales forecasts. * Monitor the supply of requested materials to ensure timely and cost-effective factory replenishment. * Track departmental performance indicators. * Coordinate material movement between warehouse and factory to support equipment entry planning into production. * Process SAP system transactions, such as production order creation and inventory control. * Monitor rotational and annual inventories. * Support internal and external audits. **Your Attributes and Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in materials/production planning preferred. * Willingness to travel and attend internal or external training sessions. * Intermediate English proficiency or higher. * Willingness to be based in Joinville. **Our Global Team:** We are a team of over 73,000 highly dedicated professionals operating in more than 70 countries, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives worldwide.
