IT Support (Internal Tickets) * Handle and resolve IT tickets (N1/N2 light level) using ticketing tools (e.g., Gestta/ClickUp/Jira/Other). * Support for **Google Workspace**, accounts, access, and permissions. * Assist users with issues related to: * e-mail, login, permissions, equipment, browsers, certificates, VPN (if applicable), printers (if applicable) * basic software and extension installation/configuration * Escalate more complex incidents to responsible parties (N2/N3) and follow up until resolution. * Organize knowledge base (FAQ) and create standards to reduce recurrence. Requirements * Programming logic and experience with at least one language (e.g., **JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, PHP, or Java**). * Understanding of **REST APIs** (requests, authentication, JSON). * Understanding of **Git** (branch, commit, pull request). * Strong communication and organizational skills to manage tickets and priorities. * Genuine willingness to learn and grow in an environment with multiple concurrent demands.
