The Head of Engineering and Architecture will be responsible for leading the technological strategy and ensuring excellence in the execution of the company’s software solutions. They will manage large, multidisciplinary teams, fostering synergy among Engineering, Architecture, and Product, with a focus on delivering value in a scalable, secure, and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop Engineering and Architecture teams, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and continuous learning; * Partner with the Product team to align technical and business vision, ensuring deliveries that generate real and measurable impact; * Define and evolve corporate and solution architecture, establishing technical standards, best practices, and strategic guidelines; * Serve as a senior technical partner, debating and guiding architectural decisions alongside developers, tech leads, and architects; * Ensure operational excellence and software quality through CI/CD practices, test automation, observability, and code governance; * Encourage the use of data and metrics to inform technical decisions, assess team performance, and measure delivery outcomes; * Promote continuous innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and ensuring the evolution of the company’s technology stack; * Manage budgets, capacity planning, and technical prioritization, balancing speed, cost, and quality. Requirements: **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; postgraduate studies or an MBA are a plus; * Proven experience leading large-scale engineering and architecture teams, preferably in agile and digital environments; * Experience designing and monitoring productivity, quality, and team engagement metrics; * Strong technical background, with the ability to discuss high-level architecture (cloud, microservices, integrations, security, data). * We value diversity and foster an inclusive environment.
