We are seeking a talented professional to join the **Claims Management Information Planning** team within the **Operations and Claims** Directorate — an area responsible for creating and monitoring performance dashboards and indicators, developing controls, projections, and studies, aiming to identify performance deviations and map opportunities for cost optimization aligned with our strategy, vision, and mission. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Structuring, creating, and automating KPIs; * Data mining and database manipulation; * Preparing, verifying, controlling, and automating reports for performance tracking; * Enhancing, structuring, and executing claims and average cost projections for executive reporting; * Structuring analyses and studies to identify deviations in average cost and claims projections; * Analyzing data to identify behaviors and patterns, as well as conducting studies to develop mathematical/statistical projects in collaboration with the insurance area, focusing on claims, operations, and legal matters. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements include:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance Management, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields (mandatory); * Experience handling databases (mandatory); * Experience in exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling (preferred); * Knowledge of statistical models and projections using statistical methods — time series (preferred); * Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (mandatory); R and Python (preferred), with focus on data analysis; * Intermediate English (preferred). **Additional Information** Our daily schedule offers flexible hours.
