Profitable growth is the only KPI that matters. **Job Mission** Design, execute, and optimize Digital Growth’s acquisition and retention engine, orchestrating full-funnel (AARRR) growth experiments and campaigns that increase revenue, reduce CAC, and maximize LTV—without sacrificing efficiency or profitability. **Responsibilities** Design and optimize the full funnel (Acquisition, Revenue, Retention). * Generate hypotheses, run experiments, and measure impact based on data. * Reduce CAC and increase LTV while maintaining positive and predictable ROI. * Create and optimize paid media, inbound, and automation (CRM) campaigns. * Analyze metrics (GA4, Hotjar, dashboards, CRM) and generate growth insights. * Coordinate growth sprints with media, content, and technology teams. * Translate data into decisions—and decisions into rapid action. * Ensure every test yields documented learnings for replicability. **Requirements** * AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral). * KPIs: CAC, LTV, CPL, ROAS, Retention, Churn. * Paid media strategies (Meta Ads, Google Ads), inbound, and automation (RD, HubSpot). * Analytics (GA4), CRO, SEO, UX, Copywriting, A/B Testing. * Tools: ClickUp, Notion, Hotjar, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tag Manager. * Structure and prioritize growth experiments based on impact. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in professional services companies. * Knowledge of BI and data modeling for growth. * Experience with journey personalization via automation. * Experience working in agile squads and frameworks such as ICE Score and North Star Metric. * Proven track record with real-world case studies demonstrating increased MRR, improved retention, or enhanced acquisition efficiency.
