The **FP\&A** department is responsible for **the company's entire financial planning, budget preparation, budget monitoring, and financial control in collaboration with other departments.** We are seeking a talented professional with strong analytical capabilities to join our Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A) team, with a primary focus on the management, analysis, and optimization of Costs and Operating Expenses (OPEX). The professional will be critical in ensuring the accuracy of our financial forecasts and identifying levers for efficiency. In addition to the cost focus, we expect the candidate to make significant contributions to the team’s broader processes, such as financial modeling and analysis of strategic *business cases*. **Responsibilities:** **1\. Cost and Expense Management and Analysis (Primary Focus):** * Lead detailed monitoring and in-depth analysis of operating expenses (OPEX) and COGS, proactively identifying trends, variances, and optimization opportunities. * Coordinate budget planning and periodic forecasts specific to cost and expense accounts, working closely with *budget owners* (department managers) to ensure alignment and adherence. * Conduct *Deep Dive* analyses in high-spend areas to propose cost-reduction actions without compromising business quality or strategy. * Develop and maintain cost allocation models and cost centers to enhance financial transparency and control. **2\. General Team Support and Financial Analysis:** * Serve as the focal point for complex financial modeling projects, supporting the team in building and maintaining robust models for short- and long-term planning. * Conduct *Business Case* analysis and financial evaluation of new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives, providing the analytical support required for leadership decision-making. * Support the development and automation of management reports and *dashboards* for senior leadership and the board, ensuring clarity and delivery of actionable *insights* regarding the company’s overall financial performance. * Collaborate on continuous improvement of FP\&A processes and systems to increase analysis efficiency and accuracy. **3\. Cross-Functional Relationship Management:** * Act as a strategic partner to Business, Operations, and Procurement teams, helping them understand the financial impact of their decisions and goals. * Translate complex financial data into clear information for non-financial stakeholders. **Qualifications and Essential Requirements** * **Bachelor’s Degree Completed:** In Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * **Proven Experience:** Solid experience (minimum 4–6 years) in FP\&A, with specific focus on budgeting, *Budget vs. Actual* analysis, and control of Costs and Operating Expenses (OPEX/COGS). * **Analytical Skills and Modeling:** In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in advanced financial modeling and data analysis. * **Tool Proficiency:** Absolute mastery of Microsoft Excel (advanced) and/or Google Sheets. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is mandatory. ERP experience required. * **Communication and Proactivity:** Excellent communication skills to interact across all organizational levels, and ability to work autonomously, proactively seeking solutions and optimizations. * **Hybrid Work Model Availability:** On-site presence 3–4 days per week. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Fast-Growing Companies, Technology, Fintechs, or Service Industries. * Practical knowledge of **SQL** for data manipulation and extraction. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Business Management, or related fields. * Intermediate/Advanced English.
