Your key responsibilities include:** * Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) from both management and corporate perspectives. * Ensure understanding and reconciliation among IFRS, BR GAAP, and management reporting. * Lead and review critical accounting reconciliations, ensuring data integrity and traceability. * Prepare variance analyses (actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior year), with clear, well-founded explanations for leadership. * Perform monthly results consolidation and identify risks and opportunities. * Develop and enhance management reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI. * Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits related to financial reporting and analysis. * Work with a high degree of autonomy, especially during the critical monthly close window. **What we’d love to see in your background:** * Senior-level profile: mature, focused, and highly autonomous. * Strong analytical capability and attention to detail. * Curiosity to investigate root causes and connect numbers to the business’s operational reality. * Adaptability and openness to change, with no resistance to new processes or technologies. * Proactivity and initiative to seek improvements in the data and reporting environment. **Your experience and education include:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Solid experience in accounting, monthly close, financial statements, and critical reconciliations. Experience reconciling IFRS, BR GAAP, and management views. * Prior experience in FP\&A, Controlling, or Corporate Reporting. * Advanced Excel skills (including modeling, complex formulas, and Power Query) and advanced Power BI knowledge (data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development).
