Support for advancing a data-driven culture Serve as the technical and analytical reference for structuring, governing, and evolving strategic and operational KPIs, translating data into actionable insights that support leadership decision-making and drive business performance, profitability, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Structure, standardize, and maintain the corporate KPI framework (strategic, tactical, and operational); * Develop and manage executive and analytical dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools), ensuring clarity, reliability, and decision-focus; * Ensure data and KPI governance: unified definitions, metric dictionary, official data sources, and calculation rules; * Automate data extraction, transformation, and update processes; * Conduct predictive and diagnostic analyses (where applicable) to support action plans; * Prepare analytical materials for executive committees and performance review meetings; * Support the advancement of a data-driven culture by training end-user departments on indicator usage. **Key KPIs Under Responsibility** * Revenue, growth, product mix, and average transaction value; * Gross margin, contribution margin, and profitability; * Goal achievement and OKRs; * Forecast accuracy and bias; * Commercial and operational productivity; * Inventory turnover, coverage, and stockouts; * SLA, lead time, and process efficiency.
