Come be a Squader! **What You’ll Do** ------------------------ * Translate business needs into technical data engineering solutions * Design robust and scalable data architectures * Implement end-to-end data engineering solutions * Mentor and serve as a technical reference for colleagues of varying seniority levels **What You Need** ---------------------- Behavioral Skills: Active listening and coaching skills, patience and empathy to develop junior talent, collaboration and openness to diverse opinions, natural technical leadership. Technical Stack (Required): PySpark Python, Airflow, SQL, Amazon EMR, Kubernetes, Kafka, 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
