Job Summary: This role supports credit analysis, monitors the customer portfolio, and executes collection activities to ensure the company's financial health. Key Highlights: 1. Stimulating work environment with learning opportunities Support credit analysis activities, customer portfolio monitoring, and collection actions, ensuring timely receipt of invoiced amounts and contributing to the company's financial health. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support credit analysis and approval for customers in accordance with internal policies; * Register and update customer data in the system; * Monitor accounts receivable and control overdue and upcoming invoices; * Execute collection routines (phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, bank slips, notifications); * Negotiate payment terms, conditions, and collection agreements as instructed; * Issue bank slips, invoices, duplicate copies, and collection letters; * Reconcile received payments and clear invoices in the system; * Support preparation of delinquency reports; * Assist customers with inquiries regarding amounts, deadlines, and outstanding items; * Maintain organization and filing of department-related documents; * Support internal and external audits when requested; * Comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and legislation related to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields). * Experience in credit and collections routines; * Accounts receivable management; * Basic understanding of credit and risk analysis; * Basic knowledge of financial mathematics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Conexa Saúde (telemedicine and online care) * Variable Bonus * Life Insurance * WELLHUB (well\-being and quality of life) * Restaurant Partnerships * Partnership with SEST/SENAT * Education Institution Agreements We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
