Opportunity to apply Excel and HR skills **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Providing service to external customers (phone and email) * Strong interpersonal skills, as interaction with the entire team is required * Prompt response capability * Proactive problem-solving attitude * Strong written communication skills for correspondence with external and internal customers * Report verification * Data reconciliation using Excel * Relationship management with internal and external customers * Control and tracking of documentation delivery schedules * Control and organization of performed activities to ensure timely delivery and quality of final output * Other duties relevant to the department **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred) * Prior experience in Human Resources (HR routines, knowledge of labor documents; basic understanding of payroll, time cards, FGTS, INSS, and administrative routines) (preferred) * Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) * Flexible working hours * Must reside in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan area **WORK LOCATION:** BELO HORIZONTE \- MG Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
