**Description** * Manage the right-of-way to comply with regulations established by the Granting Authority regarding * accesses, encroachments, advertising, and irregular adjacent works, identifying responsible parties and pursuing regularization. * Establish and maintain direct contact and relationships with the regulatory agency as well as Municipal agencies, preserving * a reliable and collaborative image. * Support the regularization of encroachments within the right-of-way in coordination with the Granting Authority, * through notifications to companies that remain non-compliant. * Conduct weekly inspections to identify potential unauthorized encroachments and support related notifications. * Support repossession actions. * Maintain coordination with the Legal Department to assist in analyzing documents to be issued and assessing their impacts. * Provide support in the regularization process of existing accesses and the opening of new accesses on the highway, when required. * Develop control methods and reporting tools to optimize internal processes and planning for upcoming actions. * Update the Occupancy and Access System. * Prepare reports based on updates and maintenance of the Access Regularization Program. * Compile data for performance indicators and departmental processes. **Requirements** * Completed High School education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid Class B driver’s license. **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a university degree in Geoprocessing, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of surveying, signage, drainage systems, special structures, and pavement. * Familiarity with highway concession activities, focusing on roads, pavement, drainage, and structures.
