Our purpose is to deliver **tailor-made solutions**, combining technology, strategic information, and operational excellence to generate **quality, efficiency, and cost optimization** for our clients. **Job Mission:** Support contract management for the Inove Group, ensuring document control, deadline tracking, organization of contractual information, and internal department support, thereby contributing to legal security, process compliance, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Organize, classify, and archive contracts and related documents (physical and digital), ensuring traceability, document control, and rapid access to information; * Monitor contract validity periods, renewals, adjustments, and expiration dates to prevent financial losses, penalties, or service interruptions due to inadequate monitoring; * Support drafting, reviewing, and formatting of contracts, amendments, and termination agreements to ensure document standardization and operational support for technical and legal personnel; * Register and update contracts in internal systems and control spreadsheets to maintain a reliable database for queries, reporting, and audits; * Track contract signing workflows and document return processes to ensure proper formalization and legal validity of instruments; * Provide support to managers in retrieving contractual information to accelerate internal processes and support contract execution; * Assist in verifying measurements, invoices, and other documents linked to contracts to ensure alignment between contracted scope and delivered/paid services; * Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to align contractual information, reducing communication gaps and ensuring correct contract execution; * Prepare contractual monitoring reports and controls to provide management with visibility into contract status; * Safeguard confidentiality of contractual information to protect strategic data and comply with regulatory requirements, including compliance standards and LGPD. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Law, Business Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of administrative routines and document control; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel; * Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in administrative routines, contracts, or related areas is desirable; * Experience with ERP systems or contract management systems will be considered an advantage. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail, to ensure efficient control of documents, deadlines, and contractual information; * Sense of responsibility and time management, to guarantee fulfillment of contractual obligations and internal routines; * Ethics, discretion, and confidentiality, to protect sensitive information and ensure legal compliance; * Proactivity, to anticipate pending issues and mitigate contractual risks; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to facilitate interaction among departments, managers, and suppliers; * Teamwork, to integrate processes and ensure smooth administrative routines; * Analytical ability, to identify inconsistencies and support decision-making; * Adaptability, to handle contractual changes and evolving operational demands.
