We are seeking a professional responsible for purchasing automotive parts, materials, supplies, and the entire procurement process up to delivery. **Purchasing Assistant** The purchasing professional is responsible for acquiring goods and services for a company, with the objective of reducing costs and increasing competitiveness. Main activities and responsibilities: Request quotations from suppliers and analyze the best proposals; Negotiate with suppliers; Issue purchase orders in the system; Monitor issued orders and verify deliveries; Manage inventory of parts; Issue and record invoices; Manage the purchasing portfolio, reviewing and analyzing the supplier database to identify new opportunities; Develop and monitor KPIs; **Prerequisites:** Experience in tax matters, invoice issuance, knowledge of ICMS-ST and DIFAL; **Experience in purchasing automotive parts.** Budget preparation, intermediate-level Excel knowledge. Completed high school or currently pursuing a university degree. **Skills:** Dynamic, proactive, excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, organized, focused, able to work in a team. Negotiation skills to secure the best purchase price. Strong interpersonal skills, as constant contact with suppliers is required. **Desirable:** Currently studying Accounting, Business Administration, or Commercial Management.
