Maintain reports and documents up to date Perform administrative tasks related to the department’s daily routine and procedures, monitor and control processes, keep reports and documents up to date, organize files, handle telephone calls, prepare charts, and update controls, as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out administrative routines of the operation, including updating data in the system; * Monitor various departmental reports; * Support supervisors in administrative and operational requests; * Collect information for filling out indicator spreadsheets; * Receive, distribute, and forward documents and materials; * Send information to customers and suppliers via e-mail; * Prepare presentations with department-related information; * Fill out pending and packed item spreadsheets; * Send verified documents to their respective departments within deadlines; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Generalist experience in the administrative area; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Discipline, organization, and good interpersonal skills. **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM (Monday to Friday) **Contract Type:** Temporary **Location:** Itupeva or Jundiaí **Benefits:** On-site restaurant (R$ 2.50 daily discount) and shuttle service (6% discount). **Job Profile – Administrative Assistant** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
