We are looking for a professional to join our team and provide operational and administrative support for technical-administrative activities related to the occupational health of company/client employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide operational and administrative support in Occupational Health management through agile and structured service delivery, ensuring routine efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Support resolution of client pending issues with other departments by tracking requests and ensuring comprehensive service delivery. * Participate in periodic alignment and contract maintenance meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and service continuity. * Support management of occupational medical examinations (valid and expiring ASOs) through scheduling and monitoring, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines. * Support scheduling of occupational and toxicological medical examinations, issuing service kits and coordinating with the Accredited Network to ensure efficient execution of procedures. * Organize examination results and ASOs using internal systems or tools (SOC) to provide clear and complete information to clients. * Complete and consolidate internal control spreadsheets, generating monthly reports to monitor and support strategic decision-making. * Send and track the monthly return of Model I spreadsheet, using manual controls during SOC system maintenance periods, to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Monitor services performed in internal systems through continuous tracking to ensure compliance with eSocial and messaging requirements. * Support the Occupational Physician in renewing and reviewing the PCMSO, organizing documents and information to ensure program updates and compliance. * Coordinate technical visit scheduling, facilitating communication between departments to update health and safety programs. * Monitor expiration dates of health and safety programs, tracking deadlines and contracts to avoid non-compliance risks. * Generate regular reports on health trends and statistics, processing collected data to support analysis and strategic planning for the area. * Organize in-company structures by coordinating on-site client activities to ensure effective service delivery. * Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position as required or demanded by the department, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in administrative and occupational health areas; * Knowledge of SOC and eSocial will be considered an advantage; * Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, organization, flexibility, and commitment. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance * Meal allowance and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Gympass * Birthday leave * Pass Support for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the scope of your growth and the scale of your achievements** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
