Job Summary: The Floor Supervisor organizes and directs the team to deliver high-quality service across all areas, ensuring apartment cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with established standards. Key Highlights: 1. Daily staffing planning for the cleaning team and team organization. 2. Ensuring apartment cleaning quality and adherence to the schedule. 3. Experience in operational services of hospital hospitality. We have an opportunity for the position of Floor Supervisor, working from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM in the Hospitality department. **Responsibilities and Duties** Daily staffing planning, organizing and directing the team to deliver high-quality service across all areas. Ensuring the quality of apartment cleaning performed by staff, following correct techniques and aligning with legislation and institutional standards.
