Ensure proper equipment usage and compliance with quality standards. Guide the team on in-person customer service, guaranteeing professional conduct, hygiene, appropriate use of PPEs, and adherence to company regulations. Plan, organize, and optimize the technical visit schedule, ensuring adequate coverage, operational efficiency, and periodic customer service. Monitor and verify product quality either on-site or remotely, identifying deviations and reporting them to the responsible departments. Work directly in stores, advising on layout, product display, product finishing, and production structure to increase sales and customer loyalty. Support customers during store openings, reopenings, and strategic product presentations, aligning activities with the commercial department. Monitor market indicators, reports, and market movements, proposing improvements to product mix, processes, and opportunities to enhance performance and competitiveness. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. 2–3 years of professional experience in the field. Knowledge of negotiation techniques. Knowledge of bakery techniques. Knowledge of inventory control. Knowledge of storage and handling of perishable goods. Knowledge of product display. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
