




Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in health sciences is desirable). * Prior experience in call centers, health services, or home care is a plus—especially familiarity with home care service workflows. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with healthcare management systems (e.g., Techsallus, MV, or similar), institutional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal processes is desirable. * Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key responsibilities: * Conduct active prospecting and receive requests originating from various departments (BEM, PAV, DAC, Discharge Planning, Cuidar Program, Call Center, among others). * Fully formalize all requests according to the current SOP, ensuring accurate data entry into the system. * Verify beneficiary information, confirm address details, check whether the company is already active, and prevent rework. * Route requests to third-party providers in accordance with established workflows, regional criteria, and operational availability. * Monitor response timelines and ensure requests are acknowledged and processed within the stipulated deadlines. * Notify the responsible nurse of pending items and inconsistencies. * Maintain clear, courteous, and objective communication with family members, service providers, and internal teams. * Support monitoring of service deliveries and document any incidents or deviations. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Center processes.
