At Coca-Cola FEMSA, every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine (activities and responsibilities for this position):** The Delivery Driver’s mission is to ensure efficient, high-quality product delivery to customers, always prioritizing safety throughout the entire process. This includes transporting products, ensuring they reach their final destination in optimal condition and in compliance with traffic regulations. **Responsibilities:** **Driving vehicles:** Drive vehicles on public roads, complying with current traffic legislation, practicing defensive and economical driving. Refuel the vehicle as needed, following the fleet maintenance procedure. Request assistance from the helper for reverse maneuvers. Perform other duties related to this role. **Delivering products:** Deliver products according to the route pre-established by the routing system. Mark the loading and unloading area and unload products at the location indicated by the customer, adhering to FEFO (First-Expire, First-Out). Separate and verify, together with the customer, the quantities specified on the invoice, payment terms, and perform product exchanges as specified. Settle accounts according to established procedures. Collect returnable containers, pallets, and plastic crates (chapatex). Report any non-conformities occurring during delivery to the Customer Relationship Center and/or immediate supervisor. Record deliveries in the route monitoring software (mobile app). **Maintaining the vehicle:** Complete the daily vehicle basic maintenance checklist to maintain the vehicle’s condition, reporting any abnormalities to fleet maintenance or leadership. **General responsibilities:** Embody the Company’s mission, vision, and values, and comply with all established policies, standards, and procedures—such as environmental procedures, food safety, occupational health and safety, Safe Behavior Program, SGI Policy, proper conservation and use of assets, and Spal’s brand image. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma completed * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) Class C, D, or E with EAR endorsement; minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience as a truck driver. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with flexible working hours. * Proficiency with technology. **Additional Information** **What we offer you:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance. **Inside Coca-Cola FEMSA Brazil** We are one of the world’s largest manufacturers by sales volume of The Coca-Cola Company’s products.
