**1. General Services Assistant Activities at the Loading Platform:** · Conduct inspections (periodic, daily or random) of Tank Trucks (TT) in accordance with standard PE-1TP-00011 – Road Loading and Unloading Station – ECR and EDR; · Supervise the driver regarding parking of the TT on the platform, closing of windows and roof hatches, switching off the main power switch, connecting the platform’s grounding cable to the TT, and the driver’s use of required PPE for the activity; · Inspect the interior of TT cargo compartments, verifying the presence of ballast that could contaminate the product or cause overflow of the TT; · If residue is present, perform drainage; · Monitor TT loading operations, supervising and guiding the driver; · Connect and disconnect hoses/arms; · Position hose/arm in the appropriate location after loading/unloading, as per local procedure; · Loading operations at Road Terminals must be carried out in "AUTOMATIC" mode; operations in "MANUAL" mode shall only occur upon authorization from the TRANSPETRO Operations Supervisor, specifically in cases where a malfunction has been confirmed in the loading arm meter, the Terminal’s supervisory system, or during FQIC calibration; · All information related to operations conducted in "MANUAL" mode must be recorded on the appropriate form, containing at minimum: time of occurrence, reason, person authorizing the action, TT license plate, driver’s name and identification document, TT owner company, cargo owner company, and loaded volume; · Collect product samples from TTs and pipelines for analysis and witness sampling, · in accordance with TRANSPETRO operational procedures (PE-0TP-00096), SGQ/GD (Quality Assurance System / Gasoline and Diesel) requirements, and N-2732; · Perform field analyses according to N-2732 (density, temperature, visual appearance, and ethanol content for quality assessment); · In case of overflow, immediately notify Operations, remove excess product, and assist in platform cleaning if necessary; · Verify whether product level aligns with the gauge mark after loading; notify OPERATIONS if discrepancies exist and act accordingly per procedure; · Seal filling hatches and discharge outlets; · Verify whether the loaded volume matches the programmed volume; · Add additives to the product when requested (additives supplied by TRANSPETRO). **2. General Services Assistant Activities at the Unloading Platform:** · Conduct inspections (periodic, daily or random) of Tank Trucks (TT) in accordance with standard PE-1TP-00011 – Road Loading and Unloading Station – ECR and EDR; · Break seals on all compartments and verify whether seals match codes indicated on the unloading note; report any irregularities to OPERATIONS prior to unloading; · Supervise the driver regarding parking of the TT on the platform, closing of windows and roof hatches, switching off the main power switch, connecting the platform’s grounding cable to the TT, and the driver’s use of required PPE for the activity; · Drain each compartment via bottom valve to inspect appearance; return drained volume to TT if product appearance is acceptable; · Collect product samples from TTs and pipelines for analysis and witness sampling, in accordance with TRANSPETRO operational procedures (PE-0TP-00096) and N-2732; · Perform field analyses (density, temperature, visual appearance, or ethanol content); · Obtain driver’s signature on the TT unloading report/unloading note, where analysis data are recorded; · Verify product level relative to TT gauge mark and temperature probe prior to unloading; if discrepancy exists between origin and destination, withdraw or top up product in the driver’s presence, recording the volume determined; · Convert density to 20°C using ABNT table; · Monitor product measurement in liters at 20°C, comparing volume dispatched at 20°C with volume measured at 20°C at the Terminal, notifying OPERATIONS if discrepancy is identified; · Verify whether seals applied to discharge outlets and filling hatches match those stated on the truck’s unloading document; · Monitor TT unloading operations, supervising and guiding the driver; connect and disconnect hoses; · Perform/verify alignment and activate pump for TT unloading; · Drain or unload all compartments, verifying absence of residue; if none remains, release TT for final verification, weighing, or departure following determination at receiving tank. NOTE: For TTs exceeding the scale’s weight or size limits, request receiving tank measurement (with all loadings halted) before and after TT unloading to determine quantities; **3. General Activities:** · Train drivers on operation of equipment used in TT loading and unloading, and on registration of TT arrival at the Terminal; · Monitor vacuum truck services during pipeline recovery; · Request equipment maintenance when required and monitor equipment maintenance activities; · Conduct inspections in the operational area and report all non-conformities or anomalies found to Operations; · Monitor pipeline and equipment drainage; · Perform periodic (monthly) platform cleaning; · Monitor services performed by PT (Third Parties); · Collect product samples from TTs, pipelines and tanks for analysis and witness sampling, in accordance with TRANSPETRO operational procedures (PE-0TP-00096), SGQ/GD (Quality Assurance System / Gasoline and Diesel) requirements, and N-2732; · Perform field analyses according to N-2732 (density, temperature, visual appearance and ethanol content for quality assessment); · Open and close containment channels and basins; · Perform area inspections (checklist); · Assist in loading waste TTs; · Drain tanks to ensure product quality; · Perform cleaning and painting (paints supplied by TRANSPETRO) of Loading Platforms and similar minor tasks when requested; · Assist in administrative base entry services when requested, including: · Checking driver and TT documentation, registering TT entry and exit; · Verifying tank space availability for TT unloading, determining the time slot available for unloading based on availability; · Recording product receipt (unloading) data per TT in the system; · Generating unloading reports (SAP); · Checking CT invoices and Certificates of Origin Quality; · Supervising and controlling scale operations; · Archiving invoices and inspection certificates; · Registering and verifying driver and TT records in relevant systems, if necessary; · Block TT access to facilities and SAP when failed inspection per verification checklist. Unlocking may only occur after irregularities have been resolved; · Block TT and driver access to facilities and SAP when fraud involving the driver or TT is detected during operations at the Road Terminal.
