Work in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** to support operations related to the control, movement, and distribution of the business’s strategic equipment and materials, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and compliance with internal and regulatory processes. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **inventory control and management**, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatch of equipment and operational supplies, ensuring inventory accuracy and asset integrity. * Monitor **transportation and distribution operations**, supporting shipment routing and interfacing with carriers, postal services, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and delivery traceability. * Execute **documentation and operational control routines**, including issuing electronic invoices (NF-e), service orders, and transportation documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Perform **data management and updates** in ERP, WMS, TMS, or internal platforms, supporting the development and monitoring of operational KPIs and management reports. * Provide **support to internal departments, customers, and suppliers**, assisting in resolving discrepancies, delays, logistics incidents, and requests related to equipment movement. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and standardization of logistics processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on **Excel**; * Experience or familiarity with logistics management systems (ERP, WMS, or TMS); * Prior experience in technology companies, fintechs, or high-volume operations will be considered a plus. **Soft Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Ability to work in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment; **Work Mode:** On-site – Alphaville, SP If you seek to work in an innovative environment focused on operational efficiency and customer experience, this opportunity may be for you. #JoinPinbank!! ??
