At Coca-Cola FEMSA, every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day (Key Activities and Responsibilities):** The Delivery Driver’s mission is to ensure efficient, high-quality product delivery to customers, always prioritizing safety throughout the entire process. This includes transporting products, ensuring they reach their final destination in optimal condition and in compliance with traffic regulations. **Responsibilities:** **Driving Vehicles:** Drive vehicles on public roads, adhering to current traffic legislation, practicing defensive and fuel-efficient driving. Refuel the vehicle as needed, following the fleet maintenance department’s established procedures. Request assistance from the helper for reverse maneuvers. Perform other duties related to the position. **Delivering Products:** Deliver products according to the route pre-established by the routing planner. Mark the loading/unloading area and unload products at the location specified by the customer, observing FEFO (First-Expire, First-Out). Separate and verify quantities indicated on the invoice together with the customer, confirm payment terms, and carry out product exchanges as specified. Settle accounts according to procedure. Collect returnable containers, chapatex, and pallets. Report any non-conformities occurring during delivery to the Customer Relations Center and/or immediate supervisor.
