Key Responsibilities: * Approach customers inside the company premises in a polite and respectful manner; * Provide customer service by offering and assisting customers in finding products available at REDE Stores according to their needs; * Pay attention to all products on offer or currently on promotion in the store to proactively present them to customers; * Offer baskets and shopping carts to ensure customers' stay at REDE Stores is as comfortable as possible; * Assist with merchandise returns when necessary; * Support store front operations whenever possible; * Promote upselling of complementary products to help increase the store’s average transaction value and achieve sales targets. Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; * Basic computer literacy; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
