Key Responsibilities: \- Greet customers courteously and attentively; \- Hand-stretch our fresh pizza dough; \- Season our delicious pizzas; \- Handle phone orders, record customer requests, and clarify inquiries; \- Operate the cash register, process payments, and perform daily closing procedures; \- Prepare food according to company quality standards; \- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations; \- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations. Requirements: \- High school diploma preferred, though educational requirements are flexible; \- Prior customer service experience preferred; \- Cash handling experience preferred; \- Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-food environment; \- Capacity to handle pressure and resolve issues efficiently; \- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
