




**Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Administration; * Experience in the field; * Experience with the Escalasoft system is a plus; * Proactive, dynamic, organized, and skilled in interpersonal relationships. **Salary/Benefits:** * Health insurance (Unimed) after 3 months (co-payment); * Performance-based bonus plan after 3 months; * Flexible benefits. **Main responsibilities:** * Reception; * Issuing operational and administrative purchase orders, reviewing NCM codes, and registering items and suppliers; * Conducting administrative quotations and purchases; * Analyzing suppliers and purchase charts; * Scheduling freight balances according to system suspension cancellations, daily (Transporte and Divin); * Organizing and filing documents for suppliers, mail, accounting, etc.; * Processing transportation billing for all processes according to each client’s procedure — daily.
