




**Main Responsibilities:** * Support the People Management team in payroll processing, monthly closing and preparation of individual employee cost reports; * Analyze and control personnel expenses, contributing to financial planning and project accountability; * Assist in the administration of benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plan, among others); * Provide support in employee admission and termination processes; * Maintain and update employee records, registration forms and time tracking system; * Support recruitment, selection and onboarding activities for new employees; * Perform other activities related to the People Management department. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fields; * Experience with activities compatible with the job description; * Basic knowledge of personnel department routines and labor legislation; * Good communication, organization, proactivity and ability to work in a team. **Applications until 10/28/2025**
