If you’re looking to accelerate your career in an environment brimming with opportunities — where “acceleration” means not only advancing in roles and responsibilities but also constantly tackling challenges — don’t miss this chance! **Responsibilities and Duties** * End-to-end management of recruitment processes, handling high-volume simultaneous openings * Resume screening, competency-based interviews, and alignment with hiring managers * Posting job openings on platforms and talent-attracting channels * Monitoring recruitment KPIs (SLA, funnel metrics, hiring quality) * Executing onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and time tracking routines * Performing payroll calculations, labor charges, and benefits administration * Ensuring compliance with ancillary obligations (eSocial, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF) * Providing support to employees on labor and union-related inquiries **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields * Prior HR experience, with focus on Recruitment & Selection and/or HR Administration * Experience in high-volume recruitment * Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and CLT regulations * Organized, communicative profile with strong multitasking ability **Additional Information** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: CLT employment contract Monthly remuneration Birthday day off — celebrate however you like!
