Become Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission:** You will join our Brand Lab — Inter’s creative team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Producing photo and video content for advertising campaigns and general creative requests from Inter. * Editing (and occasionally filming) audiovisual content for campaigns, testimonials, product tutorials, and launches. * Applying motion design techniques to develop creative concepts for campaigns, delivering impactful and memorable messages. * Ensuring the brand’s audiovisual expression remains consistent and appropriate across various objectives, channels, and touchpoints. * Conducting research and deepening business knowledge to identify opportunities for relevant and shareable audiovisual content. * Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and strategists to build the brand. * Staying up to date on trends, best practices, and innovations in the audiovisual field. **What We’re Looking For:** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience as a video editor and motion designer at advertising agencies, studios, and/or audiovisual production companies; * Availability to work 100% onsite; * Interest in generative artificial intelligence tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when applicable); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer.
