




Job Summary: This position involves tracking shipments, managing orders, communicating with customers on marketplaces and via email, and handling phone calls. Key Highlights: 1. Carrier tracking and billing management 2. Order filtering to prevent delays 3. Customer communication and support across multiple platforms - Perform shipment tracking and follow up with carriers for billing. - Filter orders to prevent delays. - Monitor all marketplaces to respond to pending messages. - Check emails to identify any pending items for our department, such as quotations and customer messages. - Maintain the returns spreadsheet. - Handle phone calls related to the department. - Process and fulfill customer orders from the online store. - Perform other duties relevant to the position.
