In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring customers with financial arrears, conducting respectful and strategic collections—always prioritizing the positive relationships and sensitivity required by this sector. The professional will also record information in systems, negotiate agreements, and contribute to revenue recovery, operating in alignment with the institution's core values. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in collections (proactive and/or reactive) * Strong oral and written communication skills * Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, and collections systems) * Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy * Residence in an area easily accessible to Parque Renascer **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and organization * Persuasion and active listening * Emotional resilience * Focus on goals and results * Negotiation skills * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.164,05 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
