Authorized also to support other science and technology institutions across the country, Fundep serves as a bridge connecting diverse actors within the S\&T and innovation landscape. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Systems Intern**, you will be responsible for: * Providing internal user support via the ticketing tool, assisting with system usability, process guidance, and clarification of doubts; * Supporting data analysis and adjustment, following instructions from the responsible team, ensuring data accuracy and database integrity; * Assisting in managing access permissions to internal systems and modules, responding to requests and maintaining updated records; * Consulting and understanding code snippets from internal applications, under analysts’ supervision, to comprehend workflows, identify potential root causes of errors, and learn about system architecture; * Supporting the development and updating of documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), process flows, and system usage instructions; * Collaborating in the creation and review of reports and queries, with support from coordinators and analysts, ensuring users have access to necessary information; * Logging and tracking tickets with external vendors, where applicable, assisting in resolving issues dependent on third parties; * Assisting in preparing training materials on system functionalities, contributing to user orientation and capacity building. **Requirements and Qualifications** * A communicative, creative, attentive, and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking; * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and logical reasoning; * Desired knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, programming logic, and Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** Benefits and Perks: * Internship stipend: R$1\.957,29; * 6 hours/day; * Meal allowance/voucher; * Free parking or transportation voucher aligned with individual needs; * Breakfast and afternoon snack; * Collective life insurance and personal accident insurance; * Day-Off: one paid day off granted on your birthday.
