FCamara is seeking a Mid-Level SRE Analyst to work in partnership with the largest investment bank in Latin America, specialized in venture capital, private equity, as well as global wealth and asset management. **Responsibilities and duties** Support and evolve AWS environments, ensuring high availability and reliability; Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating with Git and automation tools; Develop and operate solutions using Lambda, EKS, ECS, and EC2; Perform deep-dive analysis using observability and monitoring tools to identify and resolve incidents; Administer Linux and Windows systems, applying security best practices and automation; Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem documentation; Collaborate with development and operations teams to foster a DevOps/SRE culture. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements for the position:** Practical experience with AWS (Lambda, EKS, ECS, EC2); Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git; Experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar); Linux and Windows system administration; Familiarity with automation best practices (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents); Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and deep-dive analysis in complex environments. **Desired profile:** Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset; Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating interaction across different departments; Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team environments; Mindset focused on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement. **Advantages:** Experience with chaos engineering or resilience practices; AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps, DevOps Engineer); Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes beyond EKS; Experience in multi-cloud environments. **Additional information** **Here we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
