No matter who you are, where you come from, or whom you love, you can always influence those around you and make a positive impact on the world. **Learn more about PepsiCo:** PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The opportunity** Manage all corporate sustainability-related matters, ensuring compliance (validity) with applicable legal requirements and related permits—including their conditions; Responsible for the corporate Recon group and its indicators, processes, projects, and improvements; Responsible for managing the third-party contractor operating the wastewater treatment plants across PepsiCo’s 8 manufacturing facilities; Provide systemic, methodological, and technical support to GEHSMS-related requests from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Support Areas, and Third Parties; Manage the corporate Sustainability budget; Ensure compliance with legal and other applicable requirements for the facility, while maintaining strong relationships with relevant governmental/environmental agencies. **Your impact** Sustainability Management Processes: * Strategically drive the plant’s environmental performance reduction agenda by developing and implementing innovation projects and cultural leverage initiatives focused on sustainability; * Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring alignment with environmental, financial, and operational targets; * Manage environmental service providers—including documentation validation, qualification, performance monitoring, and legal compliance; * Support the implementation and sustainability of Environmental and Compliance Continuous Improvement programs, strengthening EHS and Sustainability culture across the facility; * Develop and enhance management reporting using analytical and innovative tools—especially Power BI—to ensure reliability and agility in decision-making; * Serve as the interface between Engineering, Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations to promote standardization, integration, and efficiency of EHS processes; * Support Engineering in project execution, ensuring correct application of Environmental and Sustainability requirements from conception through implementation; * Manage environmental performance indicators, preparing intelligence reports, critical analyses, and continuous data monitoring; * Act as governance lead for Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) across PepsiCo’s Brazilian manufacturing operations, ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, and environmental performance; * Serve as focal point for implementing Sustainability cultural programs across Brazil, promoting dissemination and engagement at the facility level in alignment with the Brazil Sustainability Plan; * Consolidate, prepare, and present EHS results to the company and LATAM region, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment; * Control and manage the corporate Environment and Sustainability budget, ensuring financial efficiency and strategic prioritization of resources; * Manage corporate EHS, Sustainability, and Environment training programs, ensuring continuous capability development, compliance, and organizational culture reinforcement.
