If you’re comfortable working with numbers, detail-oriented, enjoy working with data, and have experience in reconciliation, this role may be perfect for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform reconciliation of credit card receivables across multiple acquirers, ensuring transactions align with financial records and contractual terms; * Conduct reconciliation of receivables advance operations, analyzing fees, timelines, and amounts received; * Reconcile PIX and boleto receipts, verifying value consistency between internal systems and bank statements; * Execute bank reconciliations across multiple accounts with significant transaction volume and high frequency; * Utilize reconciliation tools such as Equals, complementing them with manual processes whenever necessary; * Handle large volumes of financial data, analyzing and interpreting information in detail; * Collaborate with technology, finance, accounting, acquiring partners, and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes; * Contribute to structuring and evolving the reconciliation function by helping build processes and controls from scratch. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Proven experience in credit card receivables reconciliation and receivables advance operations, especially within similar businesses in the sector; * Familiarity with intermediary reconciliation tools like Equals, and willingness to perform manual processes; * Advanced Excel proficiency (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis); * Ability to manage large datasets, with strong attention to detail and results orientation; * Organizational skills and effective communication abilities to document processes and report outcomes to various teams. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience in startups or technology companies; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT; * Working hours: 40 hours per week; * Benefits (with no payroll deductions): ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ R$ 700.00 meal/food allowance via Flash card; ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ Sul América health plan with no co-payment; ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ Childcare allowance; ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ Life insurance. * Fully remote work. * A collaborative, innovative, and rapidly growing environment. * Genuine opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company.
