Responsibilities and Duties * Coordinate and review accounting closing and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable standards; * Ensure compliance with CPC, IFRS, and USGAAP, as well as internal policies and regulatory requirements; * Manage calculation and analysis of direct and indirect taxes, in collaboration with Tax and Finance departments; * Conduct balance sheet analyses, complex reconciliations, and internal/external audits, ensuring data integrity and traceability; * Support and advise other company departments, ensuring accounting transparency in decision-making. * Implement and update accounting policies and financial governance processes. * Lead initiatives for automation and digitalization of accounting processes, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active CRC (Brazilian Accountants’ Council) registration; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Controllership is considered a plus. * Advanced knowledge of CPC, IFRS, USGAAP, and tax regulations; * Hands-on experience in accounting closing, consolidation of financial statements, audits, and complex reconciliations; * Proven experience optimizing accounting processes and managing regulatory risks; * Proficiency in accounting ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for automation and reporting; * Strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and ability to collaboratively solve complex problems. 2512080202191490616
