Join us in supporting strategic talent management at one of the largest healthcare networks in the country! Your Responsibilities: * **People Cycle:** Conduct exit interviews and administer climate and satisfaction surveys. * **Data Intelligence:** Maintain control spreadsheets and build charts for critical analysis of hiring and turnover indicators. * **Institutional Events:** Assist in planning and executing events, endomarketing campaigns, and unit engagement initiatives. * **Administrative Support:** Support various routine activities within the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition department. Requirements: * **Education:** Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR or Psychology. * **Essential Excel Skills:** Basic proficiency in spreadsheet creation and chart generation. * **Experience:** Prior professional experience (CLT or internship in any field) is a plus. * **Communication:** Excellent oral communication skills and mastery of standard Portuguese. * **Schedule:** Availability for morning shifts (08:00 to 14:00\).
