Act as a bridge between business areas and technology We seek a professional who goes beyond operational tasks, with an analytical and strategic mindset to map, optimize, and structure processes, efficiently connecting business and technology. **Responsibilities:** Map, analyze, and redesign processes (AS IS / TO BE) Identify opportunities for improvement and automation Implement and improve systems (ERP and technological tools) Gather and translate requirements from business areas/customers Monitor KPIs and propose data-driven solutions Support process standardization and documentation Act as a bridge between business areas and technology **Requirements:** Experience in process mapping and improvement Knowledge of BPM / BPMN Experience implementing or using systems (ERP, CRM, or similar) Analytical ability and business acumen Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications:** Consulting experience **Knowledge of BI tools (e.g.:** Power BI) Experience in dynamic and transformational environments Basic understanding of process automation **What We Seek:** A proactive profile with ownership mindset, problem-solving orientation, and ease in collaborating across departments, delivering practical and efficient solutions.
