Position for **SENIOR MAINTENANCE ANALYST** in Lavras/MG - 1062 **Responsibilities:** * Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, OEE, cost); * Analyze failures and propose improvements to increase equipment reliability; * Provide technical support to team leaders and technicians; * Manage work orders and maintenance history in the system; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Interface with suppliers for services, parts, and tools; * Participate in and lead continuous improvement and cost reduction projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields; * Advanced Excel; * Intermediate English; * Power BI is desirable; * Knowledge of technical drawing and tooling KPIs is required.
